Look Who's Coming to Fayetteville, NC!

Santa Claus is cominig to town---- well  not quite. We are getting ready for the annual Fayetteville Dogwood Festival so spring time is not Santa time but-- BJ's WAREHOUSE is coming to town and that's news that is almost as good.

Folks from the BJ Team visited with us at our TOWNSEND REAL ESTATE sale team meeting this week to tell us about the advantages BJ's brings our community. First-- there will be a gas station that will lower the sting at the pump for members. Of special interest to me is that there will be the advantage of bulk buy that we have from other discount mega stores BUT-- for the single or smaller family constellations, there will also be single unit packaging that also offer the savings edge.

They surely picked a convenient store location as it can be easily accessed from Cliffdale, Morganton and Skibo.  It looks like it will be HUGE. Fitting since one of BJ's other differientiating factors is the larger selection of brands and producst than their closest competitors.

I look forward to seeing the new store and am excited to see this new retail growth in Fayetteville, NC - my home town!   It's one more advantage of living in Fayetteville, NC that I can share with clients relocating here and working with me to find home-sweet home.
